October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Today (Friday) show your support by wearing pink for the 2nd annual "Pink Out Day". It is a celebration with the Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the City of Houston to encourage people to show their support for eradicating breast cancer.
Pink Out Day honors those who have passed, as well as those who have survived breast cancer. The 22nd annual Komen Houston Race for the Cure, sponsored by Marathon Oil, is Saturday in downtown Houston.
